Principal AI Engineer
You will lead the technical architecture of our AI systems — designing multi-agent frameworks, LLM orchestration pipelines, and production-grade deployments for our clients. This is a hands-on leadership role: you own the end-to-end technical quality of what we ship.
What you'll do
- Architect and build multi-agent AI systems tailored to client business processes
- Define engineering standards, code quality, and system reliability practices
- Own production deployment: observability, tracing, cost controls, and scaling
- Collaborate directly with clients to translate business requirements into technical designs
- Mentor and support other engineers across the team
- Stay ahead of the LLM/AI ecosystem and introduce relevant tooling and patterns
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years focused on AI/ML systems
- Deep expertise in LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar)
- Strong Python skills and experience deploying ML/AI systems to production
- Solid understanding of system design, API architecture, and cloud infrastructure
- Experience building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) or agentic workflows
- Proven ability to lead technical projects end-to-end
Nice to have
- Experience with AutoML, dynamic pricing, or recommendation systems
- Familiarity with MLflow, Weights & Biases, or similar experiment tracking
- Background in consulting or agency-style delivery
